Primary Care
Need a primary care provider? We provide all primary care services, including medication refills and lab work. Anything you have done at the clinic can be done in the comfort of your home. Our focus is patient-centered care and we base clinical decisions on the values of each patient.
Assisted Living Facilities
Many residents of assisted living facilities face various challenges that prevent them from getting to the doctor when needed. We are able to provide primary care services for your loved one within the facility. Just call to set up an appointment.
Acute Care
"Too sick to get to the doctor? Let us come to you! We can do labs, urinalysis, and swabs to help diagnose whatever is ailing you. We will call in any prescriptions to your local pharmacy. You can keep your primary care provider and utilize our services just for sick visits. Remember, our services are not for emergencies and you should dial 911 or go to the nearest ER if you are experiencing a serious/life-threatening illness. Our acute care visits are for minor urgent care needs only.
Telehealth
We prefer to see you in your home but there are certain circumstances where we may need to do a telehealth visit. If you want to know more about our telehealth services, please call our office.
